Hi everyone, I am Joy and I have been a Juice Fan since I watched the documentary of Joe Cross – Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. The show was definitely an eye opener for me.
It never really occurred to me how much nutrients you can get just by juicing fruits and vegetables until now. Of course, juicing is not the be-all and end-all to getting healthy. It could definitely jumpstart your journey to a healthy lifestyle by learning the proper ways of juicing, and of course having a balanced diet plus healthy food choices and exercise.
Growing up, we were all probably taught that in order to be healthy we should have a balanced diet, exercise and getting enough rest. Yup, I know that too, but just by knowing things without practice doesn’t really change anything. So I decided to put up this blog to be my companion in my journey to a healthy lifestyle and share it with you, too. I know that life has it’s ways in getting us sidetracked from time to time and it’ll be very helpful to have a companion in our journey to remind us to go back and start over, continue where we left off, create habits and so on. So, I hope that this blog can be of help not just for me but for you as well, and inform us on the basics of juicing, proper way of juicing and on how we could benefit from these natural concoctions that we could practically take everyday.
